I conduct interdisciplinary research in information studies with a focus on urban studies, exploring embodiment, aging, and public space in Japan. My work examines how rituals, infrastructures, and everyday practices sustain—or challenge—experiences of belonging, and I am carrying out this research under the supervision of Prof. Yuko Itatsu.
